Dear Archnemesis.... Won't You Be Mine?
Ordinary office worker Ohashi Rei wakes up in the body of the protagonist of her favorite otome game, Revolution. To her delight, the first person to greet her is also her favorite character, Claire Francois—the main antagonist of the story! Now, Rei is determined to romance Claire, instead of the game's male leads. But how will her villainous ladylove react to this new courtship?!

Love It
Courtney Shaw’s performance of both Rae and Claire is amazing! This book is for young adults who’d enjoy a light hearted comedy romance.

Praise for Courtney Shaw
I've tried getting into this series twice before, first through the manga, then the anime (sub). Each time however, I just could not do it, and unfortunately the audiobook adaptation does not change that. However, it was Courtney Shaw's preformance that kept me listening to the end. Shaw's ability to create distinct voices for so many charcters was impressive. Though I did find that her range for the male characters to be much more limited, it did not really detract from the experience since they were not really the focal point of the story. Additionally, I typically find impressions of children by voice actors to be a bit cringy. Not so with Shaw. In the bonus chapter we are met with the child versions of two characters we have already met in the main story. The characters not only sound convincingly younger, they also retained their distinct voices. I was genuinely surprised by the preformance in the bonus chapter.
Finally, though overall I found the story rather dull, and have little to say of it, Shaw was able to create characters that were engaging enough that I was willing to finish the audiobook. Though I don't think I'll pickup the next book in the series, Courtney Shaw is now very much on my radar, and I'll be sure to keep an eye out for her in any other works she may do.
