About this listen

Caregiver, you have to help your aged parents. That is great. Now, here is some useful information that can help: what I found in this process. It's not the book for you if you want some government resource or state information. I'm someone who can give you some ideas, tips, situations I've run across that may be humorous, may be wise, may be what makes sense, and some that hopefully will help you just let some things be. It is what it is. Enjoy! Do make sure you get rest, eat well, and enjoy your journey taking care of parents, friends, or, other family. Do remember to take care of yourself, also. Good luck! This makes a great gift book to give to yourself or to others!
