Loved every minute
Perfect, very believable. Characters are well formed and don't suddenly change because they met someone. Really easy listen, great story

Beautiful love story
Sarina Bowen is a great writer and her narrator team of Teddy and Jacob bring Tommaso and Carter alive beautifully. I sure hope there are more to this series coming. Excellent!

Enjoyed this so much
Throughly enjoyed every minute of this story brought to life so well by two of my favourite narrators.Tommaso and Carter are both complex and endearing lead characters in their own right. Great relationship development and storytelling. I was sometimes outwardly smiling, chuckling, dismayed and fist pumping the air througout the story. Sarina Bowen is a terrific writer.

Tommaso and Carter for the win!
At times in this book I just wanted to wrap Tomasso up in a (weighted 😉) blanket and give him a big hug. I was so angry on his behalf and though he considers himself a hot-head, I would not be able to keep my thoughts on the family to myself.
Carter is a great character - at a crossroads and questioning ‘how’ is a feeling most of us are familiar with. I liked the way he could push Tomasso in a way that allowed him to reduce his anxiety and relax.
Together…these two made me so happy.

Just what I needed!
This story was sweet, simple, engaging and NOT angsty. A few plot twists showed characters to be multidimensional without such a clear cut between good and bad, i look forward to more books in this series.
I'm so over books filled with internal monologues and pages of whining that could have been avoided with a simple adult conversation. This book was a breath of fresh air. I love the banter that comes with hockey romances and I've missed it in my past few reads. I found myself smiling a lot, and never once wanting to rip my hair out in frustration. So thank you Ms Bowen for this palate cleanser x

Loved it!
This book is fabulous. I loved the detailed descriptions of Carter’s interior decorating and how great it all sounded. I wished I could have seen Tomaso’s house for real! The story of Tomaso and his past was very interesting and the tying up of all the loose ends at the end of the story was extremely gratifying. As usual, the narration by Teddy Hamilton and Jacob Morgan is excellent. I highly recommend this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was lovely and sweet with a dash spice. It hit all the feels. There's love, family, hockey, interior design and Christmas! Wonderful narration, great story, I highly recommend.

Couldn’t stop listening
Glad I was on holidays when I started this was able to stay up late listening and then sleep in. Love the characters and the narration.
