Publisher's Summary

Chilling and unrelentingly gripping, I'll Find You is the terrifying new psychological thriller from the best-selling author of Don't Wake Up.

Emily Jacobs, a nurse, is in hospital for a minor operation. When she wakes in the night, woozy with anaesthetic, she sees the doctor frantically trying to resuscitate the woman in the bed next to her. In the morning, she is told that she must have had a nightmare. The bed has been empty all along....

When Emily returns to work, she discovers a bracelet that she believes belonged to the missing woman. Soon, she becomes convinced that her colleagues at the hospital are hiding a terrible secret.

What if she's wrong? What if her own troubled past has affected her more than she knows?

But what if she's right?

What else could they be capable of?

Rethink

While listening to this book I kept thinking I had listened to it before . Then became unsure. I continued to listening and enjoyed 😉 A good story throughout with good narration.

A bit of a slow beginning

I really enjoyed this book after what I thought was a bit slow to get going.
Great story line and narrators voice was extremely pleasant to listen to. All in all a good read

Suspenseful but gaping plotholes

The biggest mystery is why all the characters behave so implausibly. Everyone does things that just doesn't make sense and the final tie in is very far fetched. Narrator was the highlight of this one.

Promising but a little too much

There is lot to like in the opening premise of this story but it becomes too complex and implausible. I don't think there needed to be as many story threads or as much padding. A simpler and cleaner thriller thread would have worked better.

There are some interesting themes here but aren't explored well enough to be satisfying. Some research into the medical details has clearly been done, but not enough. It gets distracting when blatant and undermines what could have been a more interesting exploration of the medical issues.

The ending works fine, even though it's a little too long coming. It's an ok experience, if you listen whilst doing chores like me, you'll probably be sufficiently entertained.

A bizarre twist

This story is certainly an interesting one cat to groups because the unusual way it was written trying to analyse how the author was going to go with this story I really enjoyed it well worth a listen

silly and unbelievable

not sure why I persisted with this one. narration was overly enunciated and the emphasis on some words was just weird.
