Profoundly life affirming and life changing
This book took me on a most thought provoking journey through the hidden inner landscape of my very soul.
I found it amusing, enlightening, and growth-full.
I am so very grateful for its existence which challenged me to review my life, changing how I viewed events and bringing me to place of deep acceptance and peace within.
The writing is eloquent and moving with a wonderful turn of phrase that kept me captivated. She elegantly weaves mythology, tales of place, stories of people, and her own life learnings together. Each chapter was a life lesson to be sat with, reflected upon, and digested slowly before embarking on the next chapter.
To say it has profoundly changed my life sounds trite, but is, in fact, a deep truth.
I will now seek more books from this beautifully humble, honest, and talented writer.

It's so well written, each chapter with myth, personal story and ways in integrate and recognise your own part, certainly a re read, and a book I have recommended to so many other women. Love!

If women rose rooted
Currently on a journey of leaning into my authentic self & discovering a pull to the history of women, this book has filled me up with information, stories & facts about the journey of our brilliant, powerful and natural women of Mother Earth. I am inspired & excited to put to work on my next “life chapter”.
If you are at a stage of looking for where you really should be with life, this book could well have some insight.

I love Sharon's knowledge, experience and resulting wisdom that she shares through the book.
I love the deep feeling of connection to land, to the natural world and to the inner gifts, knowing and wisdom of the feminine in all of her many appearances.

As I travel upon the recently flooded Mekong River, I feel and see the power of water. And I listen to the conclusion of this beautifully written and narrated book, that reminds me of the power of the feminine and the necessity for me to step fully into my own heroine's journey. Thank you for the inspiration.
