Enjoyable
I think I’m officially a Lisa Jewel fan now. Her books are easy listening but always have great characters and interesting story lines. This one was the same. Thoroughly enjoyed

Riveting
This was a tense, addictive listen. It was performed in a most engaging way, that transported you to the setting and made the characters feel very real and very damaged.

Another gem by my favourite author
I keep listening to Lisa Jewel’s novels, thinking that this one won’t be as good as the others. They are all excellent. I thoroughly enjoy every one of her stories. They are so well written with a hook at the end of every chapter, leaving you with the desire to keep listening. Her plot twists and turns are often unexpected and cleverly planned. The narration is spot on.
A must read!

Another excellent a Lisa Jewell
I’ve enjoyed all the Lisa Jewell books so far, gradually working my way through since I discovered her. This book is no exception, a neatly woven story, interesting and suspenseful. Always hard to press pause at the end of a chapter. I like that there are no loose ends at the conclusion with the characters having happier times ahead. Very well read.

Different to the authors normal style and thoroughly enjoyable
This is different to Lisa Jewel's normal crime style and was really enjoyable (not saying her other books are not great). I'd describe this crime story as "gentle" as the characters were all very relatable. I liked that you couldn't figure out who was who til the end.
