Hugh’s content always lands exactly where it’s needed. Practical advice and easy to listen to. I have also listened to both of his books and highly recommend

Hilarious and helpful
I loved his descriptions of funny situations and how he has discovered things wherever he goes. Such a positive message! Beautiful empathy for his sister so lovely!

Deep subject spoken with love and laughs.
Found myself laughing and crying whilst walking the dog listening to this, made sure the walk lasted the whole audible.

Exactly what I needed to hear, thank you.
