Listened to more than once and took immediate action.

I have written a journal of sorts (well more like a what happened today with a few thoughts and feelings) for several years with large gaps between entries at times. Listening to How to Use a Journal gave me a new opening to how powerful writing a journal can be and expanded my thoughts around what I could be writing and how that can impact they way I live my life. I will listen to the audio some more as I get myself into the habit of capturing my dreams for the future and translating them into goals and the steps to transform my reality into the life I want.

wonderful teachings ... as long as u follow them. luckily I opened a new journal last nite, I will def use the filing system at the back now! amazing guy, love him!
