Everyone knows how bad smoking is for them: about half of all regular cigarette smokers will be killed by their habit, but they just can't seem to give up. If you're really serious about giving up smoking then this is the book that will not only help you to stop, but to stay stopped for good.
Gillian Riley's techniques allow you to understand your addiction, take control and break your habit. There is a step-by-step giving up programme that is easy to follow and really works. Even in stressful situations, or when boredom sets in, you'll soon realise that even though the freedom and opportunity to smoke is there you have chosen not to. Here I go again after 8- 10 years of not smoking
delighted to find an audio copy as the book was a struggle to read this time around. my life is very different now and more chaotic and isolated. I could process the content better in audio format also as I had ingrained memories of my attempts in the past and my glorious years of not smoking post my readings. each time date stamped.
I have a cigarette in my hand and am ready to start the journey of stopping ✋️

thank you Jillan and best wishes to all who are on their journey
The book works, and I became like a light switch for me saying the phrase with each desire.
I regret starting smoking again. However, I have learned valuable lessons about how insidious my habit of smoking was and the link to my emotions.
I am hoping for success, similar to last time almost a decade ago.
