About this listen
Practical and—at times—unexpected advice on how to release anxiety delivered by inspirational speaker, number one New York Times best seller, and self-described super attractor Gabby Bernstein in a live talk recorded at the Minetta Lane Theater.
It’s not just you. Stress levels are at an all-time high—so much so that a recently convened panel of medical experts in the US has recommended that all adults under the age of 65 be screened for anxiety.
In How to Release Anxiety, Gabby Bernstein offers simple, actionable steps for feeling better, living with more ease, and showing up for those around us. Gabby’s unusual advice: Rather than manage your anxiety, what if you befriended it? Gabby posits that what we befriend, we can ultimately be at ease with. So she invites us to get curious. Ask our anxiety what it wants. And then be compassionate as we listen to the answer.
In addition, Gabby offers experiential lessons for dealing with anxiety. She guides listeners in meditation, breathing techniques, Internal Family Systems practices, and tapping (EFT)—all resulting (within minutes!) in the kind of calmness and connection that displaces anxiety.
This 90-minute Audible Original is a helpful, speedy remedy for the anxiety so omnipresent in our lives. Full of relatable, personal examples—Gabby is all-too human, too!—How to Release Anxiety provides a welcoming, user-friendly approach to our all-too common, completely unproductive reaction to stress.
Now available in Dolby Atmos on Audible.

Not for conservative Christians
while I didn't mind the personal part of it. the talk has a good dose of New age / Hinduism/ mantras . So it's not for Christians. I was anxious that I may have paid too much for it. Christians don't do mantras.

Wastes of time.
This doesn’t help with anxiety. This or entities people who think way they have is anxiety. One way to make money I guess.

Not a lot.
I got halfway through and had to stop. it all felt a little contrived and more catered towards people who have severe anxiety.
