A must for any parent or caregiver
I have been recommended this book by many for a long time now, and it did not disappoint. Although the studies and statistics are now outdated, the core material is extremely important for everyone to know and realise. Maybe now more than ever with the increase in childhood mental and autoimmune diseases becoming epidemic. Much of the information provided can easily be applied to adult ailments also. Highly recommended!

superb eye opener, despite it being such an old bk
He delivers clear and useful advice that is beyond his time. He is a brutally honest doctor who does not mince the hard truths. He truly deserves a salute for daring to go against the mainstream brainwash.
