Easy to follow audiobook and real life examples
This audiobook helped me deal with stress from school, work and life. Michelle Galler’s simple explanation of the topics makes it easy for me to understand and to apply in my life. If you are dealing with stress or anxiety, I highly recommend listening to this audiobook. It will make a huge difference in your life!

The only book to help me
Simply amazing. U DO have to do work too, u can't just expect to listen to a book and magically change overnight HOWEVER this book outlines everything, step by step, day by day. Wonderful.

A Book For Those Who Live With Major Anxiety 24/7
Some of the content of this book was good. I got a few nuggets out of it but unfortunately I REALLY STRUGGLED listening to the whole book right to the end because the narrator read it as though she was reading a story book for 5 year olds. Her voice, tones etc were so childlike that it was extremely irritating. I made myself listen to the book all the way through but I just couldn't wait for it to end sad to say. I guess the narrator's voice would be calming to those who live with major anxiety 24/7 but not for us occasional worry'ers. I definitely would NOT recommend this book unless it was narrated by someone else and read as if to adults not children.
