Incredible Book for Communication
This had an incredible break-through insight for me in my communications. Points are clear and well presented.
Length is perfect for absorbing and implementing ideas without being overwhelmed. Stories told kept me engaged as well.

Great book but terrible voice reading
It could have been a good book but the voice of the reader makes it hard to stay focus and understand
