About this listen

Today's fitness fanatics often look at others' arms to determine their fitness level. Toning your arms, or growing the muscle mass in your arms, should be everyone's priority when strength training. Your arms are used in so many different ways as levers and extenders. They also assist in many weightlifting movements. Arms can even propel you forward when sprinting or jogging. Since we use our arms so often, I came up with nine exciting and innovative exercises to develop arm muscle tone and/or strength (depending if you are male or female) in the shortest amount of time.

I have done all of these moves myself for quite some time and I consider them very effective. I am a certified personal trainer through the National Federation of Professional Trainers.
