A great listen in the throes of a breakup
As the title suggests, only really appropriate for cishet women coming out of a relationship with a man. I enjoyed the focus on returning to self love, but it also does rely on the fact that the man was a bit trash to begin with. Overall, good pump up for the broken-hearted with some nice actionable points to navigate the process

Sorry, so disappointed
Actually nothing at all about getting over an ex. This is all about body image. I had to just check if I’d bought the right book. Well written and spoken but so completely off topic. I’m disappointed I used my monthly credit on a book I didn’t need. This content needs to be renamed.
