l completely Loved this book & appreciated the narrators presentation.
A breath taking view of the simplicity of Mindfulness in each moment we choose to embrace life in all its wonder. Drinking a cuppa tea will now become a ritual of gratitude in my life...where l will appreciate its fragrance its taste & the memory of the cloud that created it.
