Finally a guide to nutrition that’s cuts through the BS!

I loved the question and answer format to this book. It affirmed what I already mostly know about good nutrition but gave me the tools to explain them through science and sense when I come up against someone taunting the latest “revolutionary” diet or food fact. So great to have laid out so plain and simple.
