About this listen

Would you like to learn to control your anger? Do you want to become a more positive individual? If so, you need to keep reading...

You are about to embark on a journey!

You have made the decision to become a more collected individual. You have freed up your daily calendar and discussed the matter with the people in your life who matter. However, you forgot the most essential thing: You don’t have a lot of time to work on your anger and need it to happen as soon as possible.

In How to Deal with Anger and Avoid Acting on Impulse, you’ll discover:

  • What is anger, how it negatively affects you, and what can you do to control it to become the positive and productive person that you want to be
  • An understanding of anger at a fundamental level and how it affects you during different periods and circumstances in our life
  • Why people get angry with notable stress on understanding its cause and the various internal stimuli that leads up to and aggravates it
  • A lowdown of why you need to manage your anger and not always suppress it
  • How do you get rid of anxiety, depression, and stress as you deal with anger
  • Relaxation techniques you need to know to put your mind at ease and start looking at the bigger picture

Most of the time, anger issues develop during the developmental stages of our personalities, but these can be overcome with patience and practice. The science of psychology has advanced quite a bit over the years, and techniques have evolved, using which anger can be done away from its root.

Even if you have never worked on controlling your anger before, you can eradicate it and live a life filled with peace and tranquility.

So, if you want to ensure that you stay mentally healthy and not stagnate with a state of corrosive anger, then you should listen to this audiobook!

Not bad good read.

Enjoyed this book, the readers voice was a little robotic but wasn’t a mission to get through. The content was good, not everything in the book was helpful to me but it definitely made me think about things in a different light.

Waste of time

The voice is hard to listen to.

The first chapter of the book was the man big noting himself.
The second chapter of the book was to seek anger management classes
The third was stating the obvious. It goes on and on.
It would be good for a child.
