About this listen
Animals are the direct product of their environment. They reactively evolve over time based on external circumstances. The process of their evolution is slow and random. Human beings are the indirect product of their environment. Although the environment is the medium through which humans adapt and evolve, our choices determine our environments. This is the fundamental difference. We get to decide the course and intensity of our personal evolution by intelligently designing our environments. By purposefully embracing difficult environments, and by cultivating highly conscious habits, you will actualize as a human being and experience complete freedom over the direction of your life.

Collection of Preachy Articles
I did enjoy this audiobook, but it lacked consistency. Because it has been adapted from many short articles there's lots of repetition of phrases that starts to irritate after a while.
The author also quotes Covey: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People a few times, and I find Covey book to be a better comprehensive source. I feel I've of the reasons he enjoys Covey, though, is due to faith, which I will get to next.
There are some excellent suggestions within the book, but it gets distracted by the author talking about how great his faith is, and what it means to him. Woven throughout are references to prayer, where meditation would be just as effective. The author also laments the lack of faith in these times, which is a reflection on his inability to connect with me, and many others, as readers. The message, unfortunately, is lost as a result when it need not have been.
I'll definitely listen again when I review at a future date how some of the tips are progressing, but there are better Audiobooks on the subject out there.

Everything you need & more
When Hardy/Church say big, important things… they seem so obvious, yet we’ve all missed them or misunderstood them. Perfect short but in-depth audiobook, helped immensely 🤝

Great book, narration not so much
I really like Benjamin's thoughts and process when writing articles and feel like this content was great but lacked suitable narration. It felt like a list of sentences or aphorisms being read out loud. Think it may have been the intonation used by the narrator. Buy the book instead!

Terrible
This guys is contradicting himself all the way through this book, it’s hard to listen too, he’s also just listing off frivolous things that don’t constitute insightful wisdom, they are frivolous things like ‘buy a juicer’ it’s dumbed down nonsense

Awful life advice. Judgmental and selfish
See above. Awful and judgmental and about the most disgusting book over read. If you value your self esteem don’t read this.
