Publisher's Summary

The new must-have guide for a healthy conception and pregnancy.

More and more women are choosing to have children later in life, but since fertility declines starting at age 30, many moms-to-be are forced to turn to invasive, expensive treatments to conceive. But there is a better way. With How to Conceive Naturally: And Have a Healthy Pregnancy After 30, listeners will discover that it's possible to have a healthy pregnancy in your 30s or early 40s. Orecchio and Buckley share their vast knowledge of holistic health, nutrition, and fertility in this powerful program that has helped thousands of women conceive naturally. From a 12-week fertility detox to a postpartum plan to rebalance hormones, this audiobook empowers women to take charge of their fertility and pregnancies.

Critic Reviews

" How to Conceive Naturally: And Have a Healthy Pregnancy is truly a breath of fresh air that is sorely needed by women today. The fertility industry has convinced millions that they won't be able to have a baby without assisted reproductive technologies - a belief that, in and of itself, can decrease one's ability to conceive naturally. But there is another way - nature's way. Safe, natural, effective. And it's all right here." (Christiane Northrup, MD, OB/GYN physician, and author of the New York Times best sellers Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom and The Wisdom of Menopause)

Very informative & pleasent narrator

Loved this book! I hadn’t done much research into this topic so i found all information in this book super helpful.
Narrator’s voice is pleasant, but slow. Played the book on 1.25 speed which helped a lot.

Great for Anyone Wanting to Have Children

This is just the best! I'm 28 and would like to have kids in the next 5 years or so. While I consider myself healthy there was a lot in this book that helped me understand more about pregnancy and what to feed my body in preparation for conception one day. Very helpful!
