Really good practical advice

If you could sum up How to Boost Your Physical and Mental Energy in three words, what would they be?

Relaxing, useful, encouraging

Have you listened to any of Kimberlee Bethany Bonura’s other performances? How does this one compare?

I have listening to another course by Bethany and it was also good, but this one I liked better because it is shorter and feels like she gets to the main points faster.

Nothing groundbreaking but useful reminders

The lectures were delivered with loads of energy, which was infectious enough to keep the audience interested.

There is, after all, no magic pill for boosting energy, if exercise, mindfulness and positive thinking are already being practised. In the end, it is still one’s own passion, purpose and meaning in life that power a person even into old age.
