Short, but packed to the brim with tips.

Some really good ideas and mentality for anyone looking to improve their sales, negotiations, customer service and business practice.

Some parts may be a little outdated, but majority are great.

Regretful purchase - only got 20% through..

This might appear harsh however there was just way too much trivial advice in this in this book, some of which was just amusingly silly. For example, "never put a blue pen in your shirt pocket as it could leak", "never drink coffee at a sales meeting". What?!
