Potential here to change your life!
Fabulous content, very uplifting, encourages the healing practice of loving kindness for self and all, well-referenced, great exercises, perfect balance between spiritual and practical application. really for everyone to do whether single or in a relationship it is transformational.
I will go through it again and sit and actually do the exercises.
