I love Leil Lowndes!
So insightful and practical examples that you don’t mind trying in your own life. On a mission to read every one of her books. And love Joyce Beans reading! It like a cherry on top!

struggling to finish it
I struggled to get past first few chapters because I found it lacking in substance and far too full of opinions. I was offended by the opinions against males disguised as humour. It lacked credibility for me.

Author has problems & some internalized misogyny
The word "emaciated" is used to describe skinny women. That word is pretty offensive and disrespectful to those who suffer from diseases like anorexia. The characters on 90210 aren't overly skinny models. They are somewhat slim, that's all. By today's standards they are slim but those were the norms back then. And on attending the support group for guys who felt guilty about their wives' achievements. What? I'd anticipate one for something like anger management. It raises alarms.
