A must read for all women and those who manage them
The best book in leadership that I’ve read. Most books are focussed on men and I have never felt that I could relate to any. This book has highlighted the habits that I use that aren’t serving me in my career. It also explains why so many males in my field have what seem to be meteoric rises through the ranks while suitably qualified women seem to stagnant. I 100% recommend this book to all women at any stage of the career ladder. I think that those who manage women or would like to be allies for them in the workplace should read this to gain a better understanding and new perspective of behaviours that women engage in, in the workplace.

I don’t grant your premise...
Really struggled with the narration. Just the accent, generally avoid US audiobooks but wanted to try this. The idea is good but the premise seems to be that women need to change in order to fit in the world or work, a premise with which I wholeheartedly disagree. But I hope some people find it useful.
