A masterpiece

With 13'000 scientific references and taking three years work to write, this book is incredible and life changing. Plus I love Dr. Greger's enthusiastic narration.

just get the book

I love this book and all the info in it but the chapters are only numbered so impossible to jump to the relevant section. I wanted to read the section I'm most interested in first as he suggested at the start of the book but the audible version doesn't want to be helpful and tell me what each chapter is.

Takes away the confusion

As a normal person I have been so confused by all the hype around health and ageing. I feel I’ve tried every diet and pill/ supplement known to man. I’ve spent so much time, energy and money and until reading this book struggled on which direction to take. I really enjoyed the way the author explained the paths to longevity and health, backed up by scientific testing. It was concise and has now lead me to going back to what I know in my heart. I loved the summary and have removed a lot of expensive supplements (NMN being one) from my diet now. Going back to a plant based diet and healthy exercise plan just makes sense.
Thank you for getting me back on track and off the social media promises-hype of expensive magic bullets.

As with his two previous books, Dr Gregor gives all the info in an understandable way, with lots of practical advice.

Truthful health Info - a rarity with added humour

really enjoyed this, getting factual info on health with tips and evidence. Nutrition Facts should be taught in schools so communities are healthy and not trying to mask unhealthy habits with pills. Dr Gregor makes this a fun listen with his expression and humour. going to listen to his other book now How not to Die.

Digestible science
