OK
was a bit boring for what I thought it was going to be. listened to 3/4 of it. I thought it was going to be some wow how she changed her life. but really it was just a bunch of new years resolutions she did over the year.

Nothing of worth.
"How I Changed My Life" by a self-proclaimed guru, hoping to gain some insight into personal growth and transformation.
However, I must say, I was sorely disappointed.
The book is filled with vague, generic advice that could apply to anyone, yet no one. I did not resonate with anything she said.
This is just a book written because she made a goal to write a book.
She thinks she is quirky. But once again is not.
This seems to be aimed at the middle aged divorced woman. Who needs something to do now they know they will be alone the rest of their life.
The author seems to think that simply repeating the same tired cliches will somehow inspire readers to change their lives.
The writing style is painfully unimaginative, and the author seems to believe that using a lot of buzzwords and catchphrases is a substitute for substance.
Furthermore, the anecdotes and examples provided are so generic and yet don't resonate again. And therefore, offer no real value to the reader.
What's worse, the author appears to have no understanding of the complexities of human nature and the challenges that people face in their daily lives.
The one-size-fits-all approach to personal growth and transformation is not only unhelpful but can actually be damaging for those who are struggling. In conclusion, "How I Changed My Life" is a disappointing read that offers little to no value to the reader. If you're looking for genuine insight into personal growth and transformation, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

TMI
It was ok , some great ideas to change your life in “month by month” bite sized blocks .
but too much trivial information in some places . The holiday section was more like a UK travel guide .

boringgg
I generally give books a decent chance and will finish it before I make up my mind about it however I'm not even half way through this book and I have to say it's a painful read. I'm still going to finish it just in case there is something I can take out of it but honestly it's literally about a woman telling stories about herself that are meant to be "funny & relatable" but it's not. There's a whole lot of travel information that's not useful at all and experiences that literally would mean nothing to anyone else but her. Would NOT recommend.

Terrible. What a waste of time
I should have listed the 12 things I did last week and written a book. The cover gave much promise but what a disappointment.

Boring sales pitch
Such a condescending load of rubbish - just a sales pitch for what seems like a load of collaborators
