A must read/listen
I’ve listened to nearly all the podcasts and was putting off buying the book as I thought I wouldn’t get any additional value….I was wrong. Such a great summary of the key high performance characteristics broken down into easy to understand lessons. Love the mix of practical life lessons from the podcast guests mixed with the theory Damian brings. Great work guys.

not really a book about high performance
just another generic self-help book. Claims to be well researched but isn't really - the fact that 'EQ' is mentioned confirms this, because EQ is not a real thing that is research-based/scientific. Doesn't go into any real high-performance topics such as sleep, nutrition, physiology, etc.
