Finally...real Aussie narrator

Slice of life with too much love bombing
I love the slice of life baseline mixed with some action. The characters constant displays of infatuation level of adoration for each other is completely over the top and cringy

An excellent first season!
This felt as well rounded a story as can be. I want more of course but I’m happy with where we left it. No annoying cliffhangers. The narrator is awesome as always. Only his system voice is breathy and annoying but it’s a small thing. Can’t wait for season 2! (Books 4-6)

Brilliant book, brilliant narrator
I especially loved the in-jokes referencing Jason. Magnificent. Wholesome storyline, funny and heartwarming. Thank you!

Good performance, stale story
Nothing new in this story, very predictable plot, same issues where everytime something is supposed to happen someone makes a breakthrough and everything leading up to this point is pretty much moot. The same cringy over the top 3 word non-sense "swearing" every 5mins when someone is surprised. In a word where Fisher is supposed to be so much stronger than everyone else, he sure is cowardly to "trust" his friends and make them risk their lives all the time where he basically does nothing all book long.
yeah, i Won't bother getting the next book.

Another great entry
This was another great addition to the series and thoroughly enjoyable.
Granted I feel that not a lot happened but at the same time, the right amount happened it’s confusing yet satisfying. Thankyou haylock and I wish you the best with this series and any other you choose to do
10/10 p.s the narrator was awesome as always
