About this listen

Trained killer. Government hacker. MC.

I’m many things, though my friends call me Jag.

And like the big cat I’m ruthless, especially where my club is concerned.

I lost my first love in a war zone and I’m not interested in revisiting that pain, until a certain electric-blue-haired hacker chick reappears again.

She’s totally badass - we were the best of friends in another life.

Virtually.

And now someone wants her dead. For real.

I don’t want to fall in love again, but I don’t want her to be my friend.

When she’s in my arms, I can’t let go.

When her cherry-lips sigh my name, everything is suddenly sane.

In protecting her, I’m starting a war.

But war is my sandbox and I’m ready to play to have her.

Love filthy talking bikers who can drop your panties with just a whisper? You got it!

Heavenly Hacked is a full-length standalone MC romance with no cheating, and no cliffhangers!

is this book 4 or book 5???

KB Winters did a great technical computer geek job at piecing this plot line together but the characters of Vivi and Jag are so close to lasso and Rocky that you could have interchanged them.
Both were strong Alphas and it was I'm leaving, I'm not leaving, I'm leaving, I'm not leaving which kind of made your eyes roll.
This is the first semi cliffhanger in this series; you know that they are together but you don't see them together as yet, I'm betting book 6 will give us that.
All in all though a good story, the computer, cyber security plot kept you thinking and listening but it was so close to book 4 I knew what was going to happen. the storyline virtually had the alpha heroine saving the day and not being trusted by the club, pushing Jag into moments parallel to Lasso with Rocky.
I've e listened to Callie Dalton before and her voice is ok but didnt vary her tone enough to differentiate the female characters. Josh Goodman is a first for me and he did not change his inflection enough either, you had to really listen to figure who his speaking characters of the club were.
and I still don't like the way that Cross's voice is portrayed I think the man is described in previous books as strong controlled, intense and the voice just does not match.
p.s. And don't get me started on Saviour, some bloody "brother" he's turning out to be grrr
