Life changing
She changes your way of thinking about and approaching weight loss- it’s about a feeling and retraining your mind is something you can start doing right now otherwise you’ll never be happy- even when you reach your goal weight! The narrator and the way she talks is super relatable- it’s almost like listening to a pep talk from your inner self. I loved it!

Valuable, concise and motivating!
Overall, I loved this book and have very few complaints! There seems to be a trend of excessive swearing in self-help type books, which gets tiresome. But that’s no big deal. Mostly I just WISH the content wasn’t only targeted at women! I understand they’re the target audience, but the advice is so valuable that I wish the language was more gender-neutral so I could recommend it to non-female friends.
Definitely more pros than cons, and I’m thankful to the author/narrator!
