Music is too distracting for it to be a sleep meditation

Music is much too loud/upbeat and over powering for this to be relaxing enough to sleep. Barely got 5 minutes in before deciding not to go any further

Music too distracting, loud, not relaxing.

Struggling to listen to for the recommended 21 days in a row. Falling asleep with the guided meditation at the beginning of the 2 hypnosis chapters, I don't remember the next day a thing I've listened to while sleeping. The excessive music is distracting and loud, even during hypnosis. Once the hypnosis ends, music plays for a long time. It has woken me up during the night. Have tried to play it with a sleep timer to reduce exposure to music post hypnosis but that means I can only listen to one of the two chapters (sessions) each night.
