Great book but a little out dated

Still heaps of good information and turning the “light back on” moments for me. With plenty of laughs as well. Would love a follow up.

what I needed at this point in time

I appreciate the level of research that went into writing this book. I lost 2 dress sizes at the start of the year following the slow care diet and plan on doing it again.

Incoherent collection of personal notes

This book is a collection of Timothy's personal notes. It is, at best, just an incoherent collection of tidbits. He may be on to something, but the book doesn't seem to have any order - just a big dump of notes and stories. I could not figure out what the 4-Hour Body refers to. The book starts promising the panacea of simple routines for most gains, giving you the hope that there is a "4-hour plan" somewhere. It then refers to the accompanying PDF. You get through the book thinking the PDF has a neat plan. But the PDF is just yet further notes and stories. If I had the book in PDF format, I would have asked ChatPGT to see if it could work out what on earth the 4-Hour is referring to! I had so much hope for this book and was excited through the initial chapters.

Superb read, well researched and relevant content

I really enjoyed this book by Tim Ferriss. It was relevant and delivered with sincerity and humour. I will put a lot of his suggestions into affect. Thanks

Well wasnt what I expected! The story was not consistent bits and pieces of everything!

Not what I thought it is! And after finishing the book didn’t understand what is 4 hr body!
