OMG “Flove” indeed!!
It took me a long time to finish this book because I didn’t want this series to end. I was so in love with all these characters and was sad that this was the last couple, with Jet who was one of my favs early on.
While I’m sad the series is finished I loved this book so much. I love Jet and his hopelessly Disney romantic heart. This book has everything, with epic connections, long coming second chances, awesome wit and humor, steamy hot chemistry and great characters you can’t help but love. I love Eden’s wit and humor and she did Jet proud!
Highly recommended series! LOVED it!!!

The cuteness continues
Hat Trick is book four in the Fake Boyfriends series. While part of the series this is not the fake boyfriend trope. It fits into the age gap and second chance romance tropes.
Jet is the cute musician and Matt’s little brother and very much treated as the little brother of all the group.
Soren is the out hockey player with ex baggage.
Soren and Jet had one night before Jet become the famous Jay of Radioactive and Soren got back together with his ex Bryce.
Soren and Jet are one of my fave Eden couples. They’re adorable. Jet with his sassy snark gives Soren the challenge he needs in life. Soren gives stability and comfort with just his presence.

oh my goodness
I love this book but it wasn't my favourite until I heard the audio. The voice actors did a great job and I feel hard for Jet and Soren again.

PLEASE work on the accents
The book was overall pretty good, though not my favourite of the series. But my WORD I struggled with the absolutely atrocious Fijian and Australian accents. They were just plain offensive. The Australian devolved into some strange kind of British accent half the time, and the Fijian was so far off I couldn't tell what kind of a caricature it represented. The place names in Fiji were also mispronounced, even by characters that lived there. I really wish there was more care taken when recording audiobooks to get more accurate accents and actually pronounce words in the correct way (especially when said by local characters).
