The devil has been bested. Zeryesis tried his damnedest, but Lulu’s life is back in her hands. No longer must she spend every month worrying about becoming a slave, and it’s all thanks to Steve (not that he’ll admit it). good read
overall a good book but not as good as the first 1. was hoping for a bit more story progression. hopefully that will come with next book which I will definately be getting. still a good series

A Fun Adventure
Much like the first book, the second is a fun continuation with our leads. It is quite relaxing to listen to, the story doesn’t make me feel anxious at any point but still manages to keep me on my toes. There were plenty of satisfying moments to be had and I’m not even referring to the spicey scenes- Though they too were detailed and plentiful with enjoyment. I’m looking forward to the third and I genuinely hope the characters continue to thrive and grow.
