Self Help with no BS
Robert Duff does a great job of cutting through the self help anxiety BS and provides some quick and simple strategies for dealing with anxiety. I recommend this to anyone looking for some practical tips to long term sufferers.

So very Helpful
I am really in a terrible place mentally. Struggling to face anything from the time I get out of bed. Professionally my work is relatively isolated so it is ok but this book will start me on a journey. I needed somewhere to start and thank you Robert for being human.

Fast, condensed and accessible
Highly recommend. Follows best practice just condensed to the core practical principles and presented in a relatable manner. I really enjoyed each chapter and get the feeling this will be a book I keep coming back to when I need a reminder or some inspiration.

Good information well delivered, but lacking depth
I have mixed feeling about this audio book. On the plus side its conversationalist style is easy to listen to and engaging. As well, some of the things covered are very useful, such as CBT, 4-7-8 breathing (pranayama relaxation breath), and the letter to write to someone who doesn't understand anxiety. But I found these topics were not given any depth, and as such are really just a primer on things to try to help deal with anxiety. The 4-7-8 breath for example, was 'dumbed down'. Suggest the listener search for "pranayama breathing" for more detailed information. I wanted the CBT section to go into more depth and practice as well.
Overall, it is a good book only to introduce the listener to some techniques for addressing anxiety, but it falls short due to a lack of depth in any area. But then, it is only an hour and a half in length, so I guess it did meet my expectations somewhat.

Straight to the point , highly recommended.
This is definitely a book worth looking into. If your not sure if you even have anxiety at least this read gets to the idea of what it's about and to understanding it..

light on content
mainly summarised concepts. very light on actionable content and it's quite clear that the author doesn't have much experience dealing with the subjects personally.
