It’s good

I wasn’t sure whether to give 3 or 4 stars. Probably 3.5 is more accurate. I liked the overall message of building strength and found it very informative. I’ve never been interested in a ketogenic diet but after listening to her book I’m definitely more informed and more open to trying it out.
Like someone else said, it would be good to have a pdf to accompany the book.
On one hand I like that the author read the book herself, but I found her voice to be too raspy and then at times she spoke a word or half a sentence too quietly. The raspy voice didn’t bother me to begin with but probably half way through it was a bit annoying. I think she should have got some voice training or had a professional read the book. I have the same kind of voice as her and have had speech therapy to correct it when needed, so I’m not trying to be mean.
Overall I’m glad I listened to it and will definitely put some of her advice into practice.

Thanks Dr Fit and Fabulous

I’m a new follower to Dr Fit and Fabulous, but have been interested in adapting this kind of lifestyle for some time.
I really enjoyed the book though I think there should be an accompanying PDF as Dr Jaime often refers to charts and tables to view and unlike many other audio books that do this there is no PDF to refer to.
There are a couple of sound quality issues but certainly not enough that it bothered me.

All in all, a fantastic messaged delivered well. I can’t wait to get started!!

Thanks Dr Fit and Fabulous!!
