Dr Rangan changed my life

I've already taken up so many of Dr Rangan's tips from his podcasts and integrated them into my life, so it was a no-brainer to get his latest audio book. So many helpful ideas and insights into how to live a happier, more fulfilling life. Strategies and tips on how to think about things from a different perspective. And as always, coming from a place of vulnerability. Dr Rangan shares his own shortcomings and this is what makes him so relatable. He is brilliant, kind, intelligent and heart centred, and I wish I lived in England so he could be my GP!

Simply brilliant!

This book was so easy to follow. It offers such simple things to do to have a better life. I loved it and didn’t want it to end! I find Dr Chatterjee so sincere in all he does and teachers.

Great book

I really liked how Rangan wrote this book bringing in his own experiences, knowledge from his podcast interviews and working with his patients. Really good exercises to experience as well. The only thing I would like is a PDF with this book, so I can go back to the exercises easily when I’m not driving (which is when I listen to audiobooks)

Great, practical advice

Loved this. The advice was practical and can be easily followed.

I would recommend this for anyone who wants to ease themselves into the practice of improving their lives without doing anything drastic.

Simple, effective and much needed

Like Dr Chatterjee’s previous books and his podcasts this book addresses problems in a comprehensive but entirely manageable way. It encourages the listener to really explore their own motivations and self imposed barriers to change. Thank you for such a practical and positive book.
