beautiful book

exquisitely thought out- with many examples of societal sayings and conditions that are deep within our psyches. this book is deeply challenging yet wonderfully simple. well done

Annual Reading

This book is an important part of my emotional well-being that I have an annual reminder to read it on my birthday.
No matter what I allowed to slip in through out the year, Robert Holden reminds me that I don’t have to pass any tests to be happy. I can just choose happiness- no strings attached.
