Marigold was still as sassy as ever

This second book really started to fill in some blanks. Marigold was still a sassy FMC, and the demigods were staying true to their characters from the first book. It was good to see Paxton start to show more of himself.

I did start to feel a big of a drag on the storyline and considered not moving onto the third book.

I read on Kindle and read along on Audible. I note the pronunciation of Hector's name changed in this second audiobook.
