tim lists 10 easy to follow habits to help with a happier life. i can understand why they call him dr happy. such a positive audiobook series. this was one of my favorite self-help books. Tim's habbits make it easier to be a happier person. very well narrated.

Great tips for happiness
I liked the narrator's voice and calm explanation of important psychology concepts.. I feel the need to listen again to fully understand the method and steps towards greater happiness

Evidence backed effective > shiny & new
One or two of the reviews here have noted that there's not much new in this Audiobook. But that's not it's aim. Habits for Happiness is all about what works (not necessarily what's shiny and new)! And I've no doubt that the strategies described in these 10 episodes WILL work if you choose to make them work. Achieving happiness requires nothing more than practising a few simple disciplines each and every day. In this series there are more than a few "disciplines" you can put to work for more happiness! Happy Listening
Dr Tim Sharp is calm and positive. This podcast was a good kick in the backside to take the right steps to get on a more positive path. I liked the little examples at the end of each episode.

Definitely worth a listen!
Tim delivers no-nonsense, science-backed advice on cultivating happiness in this series and I couldn't get enough. His delivery is warm and engaging and so easy to listen to. A great series for anyone looking to prioritise their well-being.
