Classic horror stories, terrible performance
There probably isn't much that can be said about Lovecraft that hasn't already been said. He is a master of horror and very eloquent. Despite the older style of language these stories are still both entertaining and relevant today. Unfortunately the same can't be said for the narration. The combination of uncountable mis-pronunciations, in many cases of relatively common words, coupled with a style that sees every piece of dialogue delivered as if from an old man, makes this difficult to listen to. I would recommend reading the works instead.
