In 1984, he was transferred to the Taringa Criminal Investigation Branch as a detective senior constable. That had its moments, but he wanted more. Excellent read
Loved the first one and the second one definitely didn't disappoint.

cant stop..
just listen to it, be ware, just like his first book. youl be hooked within the first chapter.
only gave it 5 stars because its as high as it goes. 10/10

Fascinating read for An Insight Into the World of a Police Officer
I think everyone has a fascination with crime. That’s what got me started on this book. But it quickly became much more than that - an intimate insight into the life of a police officer.
There are some harrowing revelations - I had to take my earphones out at one point!!
But it was incredibly interesting and beautifully read by the narrator.
Highly recommend 👍

Well written and beautifully honest
This is the second book I’ve read/listened to from Keith and it’s just as good as the first. Incredibly honest and detailed, this had me laughing and crying at the highs and lows of QLD policing during the 70’s and 80’s. Thank you Keith for a wonderful read.

Keith Banks is amazing
Keith Banks is an amazing human. His life story in this book and DGaL put me through an emotional wringer! From heartbreak to adrenaline pumping action, his impact on policing cannot be denied. Five Stars!!
