I am not really sure about this one
Didnt work for me. I did not find it relaxing. Just a string of 'I am’ affirmations in an animated voice.

Nope. Nope. Nope.
The repeating of affirmations was too much and too distracting. Over and Over. Like an echo. The narrator was way too Hollywood and sounded more excited over relaxing. His voice pitched when it needed to be flat. Do not recommend.

I didn’t finish it, I didn’t find the Narrators voice relaxing, I actually found the meditation quite irritating.

If you just need something repetitive to sleep to, then it works. But his voice is odd, definitely not calm meditative. I set it to 0.9 speed to be more relaxing and fell asleep.

The narration isn't calming and now I'm more awake than when I started listening. Maybe useful for positive affirmations but not sleep
