Excellent
I really enjoyed this book and listened to it in full over a few days before going through it again day by day. Nataly’s style of reading is not like reading at all as with other audible books I’ve listened to. It’s like having a chat with a good friend.
I would highly recommend this book if you are interested in starting a gratitude practise. It’s be extremely helpful for me in establishing my own gratitude practice.
