great insight, be prepared for the tone of reader
this book is awesome for getting insight in how to break generational parenting, and gives great examples for you to understand the concepts. the author is consistent in her methods and teachings. i recommend you stick with listening even though her tone can seem a little harsh, keep at it - its worth it.

Practical and explanatory to the deepest extend!
Easy to digest, lots and lots of situational examples and deep explanations of all aspects. I learned a lot. It is the first of all books I read so far, that I fully agree with.

Helpful and confidence building
Bought this after following Dr Becky on instagram for a while. Her helpful, calm, and practical approach has already helped shape how i connect to my kids, and i will revisit this book as they grow.

A MUST for all parents
