Wish I had read this 40 years ago

Intuitively, we all know our modern life is madness. In terms of the energy we consume is out of whack. I like this book because it’s both scientific and crosses every type of good energy practice and food that you would ever need to know in order to make a change. Read it if you love your health.

Take your health into your own hands

Good Energy is a must read for anyone who would like to take control of there own health and wellbeing. It explains all the different elements of our modern lives that is preventing us from feeling and being our best. It has practical guides and covers a vast range of ways to start improving our quality of life. I would highly recommend this book to everyone, it will open your eyes to a better way of living.

one of the most important books you'll ever read about health

so glad I found this book, I have been a long time student of so called alternative health and I have found some real gems in my search but this book concisely illustrates how humans have lost their way and in turn lost their health and most importantly it provides achievable steps to turn away from the traps that the processed food and pharmaceutical giants are eager to fool the population with and how to see through their scare tactics and marketing propaganda. Thank you casey for seeing the root problems, standing your convictions and doing something about it, your book is a masterpiece. I am a qualified holistic health practitioner and the information in this book has just connected so many data points for me. I now understand metabolism in a completely new light and I also understand how and why to care for it as best as possible. thank you thank you thank you 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
