Excellent book!
I loved the storyline.
Rina Kent is one of the best dark romance authors of our generation.
Performance was great as well.
I definitely recommend it 🥰

Most complex and real of the series
I found this storyline multifaceted and nuanced having so much complexity and I couldn’t put it down as a result.
Ava’s and Eli’s characters were truely a surprise. Very different to the other characters in previous books in the series. The story had provocative layers which didn’t become clear until the twists and turns came to an end. A great read and the duet performance was outstanding. I think this one was definitely my favourite in the series.

Rina Kent. What an incredible author.
Eli and Ava's story exceeded my expectations beyond anything I imagined. When I started this series nearly 18 months ago I had only recently began my reading journey again. I was immediately in love after book one and every launch since has has had me downloading and re-reading at least 3 times each.
Killian, Creighton, Jeremy, Landon, Nikolai and now Eli have their own special place in my black little heart. This will always be one of the best series I've ever read. I'd sell my kidney if it meant Rina gave us more

Long live The King
This emotional and epic finale left me sobbing as I write this. "God of War” provides a perfect ending to the saga that began with the RES series. For newcomers to the Rinaverse, starting with the RES series is essential to fully appreciate Eli and Ava's origin stories. The grudges and history tying the Kings with the Queens-Nash families come full circle in the best way!
Rina masterfully offers an epilogue extension with insights into beloved characters, saving the best for last, just like in the Royal Elite series. Her writing is phenomenal, drawing you in effortlessly. The plot and banter are off the charts, perfectly capturing the swoony romance. This slow burn with all the feels makes you experience everything these beloved characters do. My heart broke for Ava and Eli, who endured more than any other couple in the Rinaverse.
Falling in love with Eli King was fast and hard! He is the swooniest of all Rina’s men, being Aiden and Elsa’s son, whom I adore. Ava's beautiful chaos was intoxicating, no wonder Eli fell into her orbit. She is Silver and Cole’s daughter, and their story is my most read and listened to in the Rinaverse. Entering Eli and Ava's heads was beyond exciting, and the parallels between Cole and Eli are my favourite part of this beautifully broken love story.
I loved Cole and Aiden’s bickering, Ari’s sassiness, and Landon’s usual mischievous main character energy despite this not being his book.
There were so many “tributes” to the RES series and parallels with the parents, Cole calling Eli a cockroach just reminded me of the prologue where as an 8 YO he tells Silver who loves Butterflies they are “cockroaches with wings” Ari and Remi busted kissing reminds me if when Ronan and Xander catch Cole and Silver almost kissing in the bookstore. I loved how Aiden called Eli punk, like Jonathan did to Aiden.
Cole’s chapter was a highlight, making me laugh and cry alternating between sentences. Rina's writing genius altered my brain chemistry, making this more than just a book—it’s an experience. Eli and Ava's love story is an epic, emotional journey filled with mind-blowing plot twists. Shane and Zara's performances will melt your hearts, giving you ALL THE FEELS and making this my favourite story in both the Legacy of Gods series and the entire Rinaverse. Despite my love for Landon, Eli won me over completely. "God Of War" audio is phenomenal.
The magic of audio in duet with Shane and Zara is everything! Zara’s performance as Ava was perfect, and Shane brilliantly portrayed Eli’s passion and intensity. Their raw emotion brought the characters to life, making me feel everything. Eli, the supreme book boyfriend, and King of my heart, and Ava, the ultimate heroine, saved each other, making this love story so profound. The return of beloved characters and the closure for fan-favourites made this the perfect end to the Rinaverse. I am eternally grateful for this audiobook. Long live the King of the Rinaverse!

Oh the layers
This one is rght up there with Nikolai and Brandon, and I LOVED God of Fury!
The jump of two years was a great way to finish off the stories of every other couple, giving us a real time Epilogue.
Eli, his absolute obsession and devotion to his wife is beautiful, her struggle with mental health giving the reader a gripping need to protect her.
I felt for the couple, as Eli's plans and sacrifices became clear, I became more and more invested in their happily after, this was not an easy road for them and the support was almost non-existent, I just loved the determination and complete love, even if he didn't know it from Eli.
Absolutely awesome read! Loved every moment!

Unexpectedly loved this book
After reading a lot of reviews saying this was their least favourite, I’d have to say I loved it! Top 3 release from LOG series. Eli is just perfection
