Really easy to listen to - listened in one day

Heard about this book on the radio and was excited to learn all about how the glucose revolution works. I’m ready to start putting the hacks in to practice and can’t wait to feel the benefits.

Science made easy

I really enjoyed this book. All of the hacks that she recommends are very easy to apply. Everything is backed up by research, and it just makes sense.

Free Yourself From Ever Counting Calories Again

A paradigm shift amongst all the confusing and conflicting nutritional advice swirling around. The 10 Hacks to avoid or minimize glucose spikes are cheap, easy and accessible for everyone. Add or change one hack into your life a week and see what happens to the way you feel, sleep, move - and eat.

The science and research is explained clearly. It has certainly made a compelling case for being mindful about monitoring glucose spikes - without the need for any expensive devices to do so.

I cannot think of a child, teenager or adult in my life who won't benefit from knowing about this book - it should be in the school curriculum.

Information we all need to know

Loved this book and the information that has not been shared. If you have struggled with your weight I highly recommend you try the hacks. Easy to listen to and good format. Jessie does a great job of making this topic interesting and enjoyable. I've listened to it several times as I want this important information ingrained in my mind.

Every Dr should read this !!

Thank you for debunking all the myths we have been told our entire lives. It’s so refreshing to understand how Glucose works without all the complicated medical jargon. More importantly the food industry should be ashamed of themselves, feeding the population lies only to benefit by lining their pockets. Your hacks are so easy to follow and for no extra cost to both the wallet and our health. I’ve been telling my friends to buy your book ~ oh and my brain fog has finally come out from the clouds 😄

Life changing

Fascinating!

In listening to this book, I currently have a CGM inserted. I've been interested in how spikes impact my sleep quality and this book gave me so much more information and opportunities to test hypotheses on myself. I am currently day 8 of 14 and have been noticing trends, spikes, and how foods impact me. The hacks are beautifully presented and succinct. At times it did feel like a massive plug for the instagram account but I feel like this book is just the start of learning more about the black box that is the human body. thoroughly insightful and got me thinking in new ways about my eating. I definitely recommend the CGM - absolutely amazing data.

Everyone should read this

As someone who’s tried every fad diet under the sun, this book has provided some of the most useful, impactful and achievable nutritional advice I’ve ever received. Buy it, read it, try the hacks (and don’t be put off by that word - no bizarre, expensive, tech titan ‘bio-hacks’ here). You will feel a difference from day 1 once you know how to flatten your glucose spikes with simple changes. So grateful for this book, thank you Jessie!!!
