Disappointed but still enjoyed

Disappointed but still enjoyed, although after the reviews and hype I was expecting “MORE”. Good plot and character building was clear and concise, but I understood very early on a few of the large twists.

A really good read with just enough detail

I really liked the way the surgery have just enough information to know what the characters went through without being obvious.
And the calm, dry, cynical attitude of the protagonist expressed by the reader was a good match for the story.
10/10 would recommend.

Don’t expect cheap thrills

Beautifully written prose and dialogue. Always knowing when to stop to avoid being garish. I think I would like to read this rather than listen as it does become a bit confusing in the composition and delivery of the time shifted moments. Other than that highly recommended.

Top character in the girl named A

Dark subject although wonderfully written. Narrator easy on ear and together present a great experience on Audible. Looking forward to a sequel would like to know their futures. The character Eve was interestingly entwined throughout the book. Congratulations Abigail I like your composition and story lines.

compelling and xhallenging in equal measure

couldn't put it down. Grounded in a loose framework resembling some real life horror cases of neglect and abuse, this story focuses on the hope for something better, something more, something real. Recommend this highly

Hard to follow

I enjoyed the story, but it was really hard to follow because it is jumping through time every few paragraphs. Might be easier to follow in the physical book version instead of an audiobook.
